Simple and Healthy Protein Shake recipes

Do you ever replace a meal with a protein shake?  
How about for a quick and healthy snack?

About a month and a half ago my husband and I started drinking protein shakes for dinner instead of a heavy meal.  I feel GREAT!  A bonus is that I've found a protein powder that is Non-GMO!!

Consuming a protein shake for dinner has made a HUGE difference.

 And now for a few recipes...

Double Chocolate Gone Greek!

1 scoop PROFit chocolate powder
1/2 cup organic greek yogurt
8 ounces dark chocolate Almond Milk
1 banana

Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

Peanut Butter Cup
1 scoop PROFit chocolate powder
1 spoonful of peanut butter (or more)
8 ounces almond milk (chocolate or vanilla)

Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

Pure Vanilla
1 scoop PROFit creamy vanilla
1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt
8 ounces water or almond milk (or hemp milk)

Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth

Fruity and Delicious
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1/2 banana
6 strawberries
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
8-12 ounces water, almond or hemp milk

Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

Green Giant
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 banana
1 stalk celery
small handful spinach, beet greens or kale
8-12 ounces water, almond or hemp milk

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth

Wake-Up Call (coffee)
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate PROFit powder
1/2 banana (optional)
1/4 cup raw oats (oatmeal)
1/2 cup coffee with 1/2 cup water or milk
1 tablespoon instant coffee with water or milk

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth

  10. Hi there via Say G'day... I'm in the habit of swapping the odd meal for a shake and agree totally that it's good to NOT eat a big meal at night time. Lunch like a prince instead! I've been enjoying green smoothies... must try your peanut butter one.

      Its states **NO SUGAR ADDED** Sugars naturally occurring
