NEW Heirloom PEAS & More

**NEW**  SUGAR SNAP PEA
This is the wonderfully sweet, edible-pod pea so popular with consumers and gardeners. The delicious, tender pods are great raw (eaten before you ever leave the garden), stir-fried, or in salads. They also freeze very well.

OREGON SUGAR POD SNOW PEA
Produces a huge number of 4" delicious pods which are harvested and eaten when the pods are flat, before the seed forms. Short, 28" vines easy to manage. resists mildew, pea virus, and common wilt.  Excellent freezer variety. Grow on a trellis.

LITTLE MARVEL GARDEN PEA
Vigorous bush plants, heavy yields and
fine-flavored peas. A great home garden variety.
An heirloom from 1908.
Pods are 3 inches with 5 or 6 peas.
Fine sweet flavor when picked young. Compact 18 to 20 inch plant does not require staking.

Desiree Dwarf Blauwschokkers Pea
Stunning violet-blue pods are produced on lovely little bush plants that do not require staking. The delicious peas are perfect for soups and stews, or pick small and these can be used as a snow pea.
A great addition originally from Holland.

LOVE-LIES-BLEEDING AMARANTH
Tall, 3'- 5' plants are covered with very long rope-like flowers that are a deep, brilliant red color. One of the most striking plants for any garden and so easy to grow. Amaranth is one of our favorite crops! A good seed producer, too. This is a very old heirloom, a pre-1700 variety, that was very popular. Leaves are tasty as cooked greens.

MORRIS HEADING COLLARDS
This variety is called "Cabbage Collards" by southern Old-Timers, because it makes loose heads that are dark green and slow bolting.
Tender leaves are very delicious; a popular heirloom that is fast growing.
