Amazing Pancake Recipes for New Years!

Good Morning!  The NEW year is less than 72 hours away. Woohoo!!!
One last recipe round-up and then I'll get to the "best of" post.
I'm planning on making pancakes on New Years Day so I thought I'd share.  I included a few eggless varieties since I'm out of eggs at the moment.

  1. I love pancakes. But the Honey does not.
So my favorite pancake recipe goes something like this...
get up, throw on some comfy clothes, grab your coat, jump in the car and head to Denny's!
I would have to say without trying any of these...I'd probably go for the first recipe 'eggless' WITH BUTTER! what is not to love about real butter?
    Blueberries are nice too... ;)
happy new year to you and yours, Pat

  2. My husband loves pancakes and I like them too but due to food allergies I don't eat them, I have been able to get my husband to buy the organic buckwheat mix and eat them instead of the processed junk.

  3. All of the pancakes look fabulous! My current favorite is one made with buttermilk....very fluffy and flavorful. We are having them tomorrow night as I am tired of cooking and baking and I have to do it all again Tuesday for New Year's Day! Visiting from Chain Linky CLIMB

  4. Hi Mary, I will have to check out those pancake recipes. I still use a no fail recipe from my 1950s Betty Crocker cookbook. I do add or change up for variety, on occasion.
    Happy New Year, Ginger
