Detox with REAL FOOD

So I promised that I'd share my recipe with you...But I haven't had the time to blog lately since I'm filling seed orders for Christmas.  AND, we've been drinking protein shakes at night so there haven't been many "exciting" recipes.  
MY Protein shake!  Ingredients: blueberries, banana, organic yogurt, flax seeds, sprouted buckwheat, water and protein powder. YUM!
 SO...I'm sharing recipes from the web!  There are plenty of features from past Real Food Fridays!
