Holiday Battle of the Bulge

Yes, it's that time of year again when everyone goes NUTS!  Even I have gone a bit foodie crazy the past 30 days and it's definitely started to show.  My pants already feel tight and my body feels toxic.

So...Here are few "Holiday food detox" ideas:

-Drink more Water!
-Don't keep sugary snacks in the house.  You'll have enough to choose from at the next gathering!
-Prepare meals in advance to keep from gorging on easy "comfort food"
-Make time for the gym!!!
-Take a nap.  Seriously, if you are lacking sleep your body does not function at peak performance.
-Eat REAL FOOD.  Check it Out!
-Check out these Inflammation Fighting Foods

Recipes coming you way soon...Stay tuned for more!

  1. Your body does feel off if you're not eating right. There is a good reason for that. ;) Thank you for linking to Super Sunday Sync!
