This recipe is my favorite!
Cinnamon Almond Oatmeal
Ingredients:
Old-Fashioned Oats
Water
Almond Slices
Cinnamon
Honey
Directions:
Prepare your oatmeal according to the package: Boil water and stir in oats. Cook about 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
Sprinkle hot oatmeal with Almond slices. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!

I'll have to try this - my kids love oatmeal with applesauce & a little brown sugar & milk - never thought to add nuts, but now I will.

This sounds pretty good! I have oatmeal 6 out of 7 days for breakfast! =) I'm lazy though and just microwave mine, then add a spoon of peanut butter, a sprinkle of coconut, and some strawberries. The perfect way to start my day.

We eat oatmeal at least once a week and I get kinda tired of it too. I like the idea of almonds! I already know I like honey and cinnamon on mine. My favorite combo is brown sugar-cinnamon. Thanks for sharing at the Shady Porch!
